Spanish Invasion

This is week two of our month long "Around the World" theme. This week will be a week of "Spanish invasion"! We kicked it off with sombreros, Mexican flag making and a Mexican flag themed snack! It was such a simple, and pretty healthy, recipe. We used vanilla yogurt and a little food coloring, fresh strawberries and topped it with whipped cream. The kids loved it!
