1st Timers

Spider-Man Visit
Our Pre-K kids got a HUGE surprise during lunch today... Spider-Man popped in for a visit. The kids went wild with excitement! A big thank you to Ms. Lori for setting this up for her class!

Letter of the Week
Our Pre-K One class is strengthening their recognition of letters with each passing week. Letter recognition is important because it enables beginning readers to figure out how printed text is associated with the spoken language.This is why alphabetic recognition is one of the very first skills children learn while they are beginning readers. It comes before phonemic awareness and decoding. We are excited to see their growth with us during their last year of Pre-K!
