Summer is here!

Friday was out kick off to summer and all of our Academy kids rocked it with their brand new summer shirts! They all looked so cute. Don't forget to wear them every Friday all summer long!

Sensory play and adorable faces!

The toddlers had such a great time with sensory bags today! They squished and squashed like crazy! 

And I had to include some adorable pictures that some of our teachers captured. AoSL are the cutest! 

Mud Day!

Hands on experience is such a huge part of our philosophy here at The Academy. This allows the children to explore on their own terms and use the environment as a teacher. 

Last week, we had Mud Day where the kids got to explore their senses and just make a kid mess! Happiness all around! 

Shape Fun!

Shapes, shapes, shapes! May has been FULL of shapes! We've had so much fun exploring all their angles, learning to identify them in daily objects, and counting their sides! Here's just a few memories from Shape Month!

PreK Prom!

For our first annual PreK Prom, we decided to take it right on back to the 50's and throw a Sock Hop themed celebration! We had a night filled with T-Bird jackets, Pink Ladies, a vintage car photo booth, a hot dog rotisserie, an ice cream parlor, and just TONS of fun! Our parents even dressed the part! Prom is such a fun rite of passage and we wanted to make sure they had the night of their life! 

Bike Day!

Our AoSL kids had a great time riding their very own bikes today! It was perfect weather to celebrate National Bike Day!
