Picnic Lunch!

It was the perfect day to have a sack lunch outside. The kids love to eat out on the playgrounds in the great weather!

PS One Makes Sand!

The PS 1 class had a blast yesterday making and playing with their own sand! They were so excited to roll trucks in it, dig in it and find hidden toys in it. Such a great activity. 

KBC Special Guests!

It's been an amazing summer with our Kindergarten Boot Camp kids! They have been checking out library books, reading in small groups, eating in the "cafeteria" and so much more. We were so lucky to have Coach Kevin Wells from BGA come out to do an amazing demo PE class and Ms. Heather Perez, BGA kindergarten teacher, who talked about things to expect this fall and even read a story about going to kindergarten. They had a great time! 

Lending Library Days

As part of our summer Kindergarten Boot Camp, our rising kindergarteners are able to check out "library books," to get a feel for what it will be like to go to the libraries in their elementary schools. Here's some of this week's book picks. 

Water works!

New week? New theme! This week at AoSL is water works week. The week was kicked off by car washes for all ages. 

Water Play Friday!

Every Friday in June and July is water play! Our kiddos looovveeee water days!

We had loads of fun today "walking the plank," for our ShipWrecked themed week! 

Kindergarten Boot Camp

The rising kindergarteners of AoSL get to enjoy "cafeteria style" lunch every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, in preparation for kindergarten. 

Pirates and Princesses!

Today, at Seaboard Lane, was pirates and princesses day! Our kiddos were so excited to dress up, even some of our teachers were excited, too!
